Service Description & Prices

A basic hygience for short, single-coat dogs only.

Includes a cleansing bath using professional-grade products and full blowdry. This service does not include coat, removal, de-shedding, undercoat management, trimming, or styling.

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

• Double-coated breeds
• Heavy shedding coats
• Long, non-shedding or low-shedding coats

Dogs with long or low-shedding coats must be booked into Nice & Tidy or Full Groom depending on coat length and maintenance needs.

Maintenance grooming for dogs keeping coat length

Includes Bath and blowdry, light tidy of face, feet, and sanitary areas, nail trim, and general coat maintenance.

This service does not include de-shedding or undercoat removal.

Best for: Long or low-shedding coats being maintained between full grooms.

Specialize for double-coated dogs.

This service targets safe undercoat release (not coat stripping) & is performed using the COC method:  Condition → Open → Close 

Suitable breeds include (but are not limited to): Border Collies, Golden Retriever, Labradors, Dachshunds, Huskies, Malamutes, Maremmas & other double-coated breeds.

Includes: 

• Coat & skin assessement
• Conditioning to loosen impacted undercoat
• Controlled undercoat release using professional tools & airflow
• Bath, blowdry, and nail trim

 ≤13mm BODY LENGTH 

A functional, low-maintenance groom prioritising comfort and practicality.

Includes:

• Bath and blowdry
• Full body clip to 13mm or shorter
• Nail trim

No attachment combs or hand scissoring are used in this service.

Dogs with long or low-shedding coats must be clipped short all over to remain within this service category.

If coat length longer than 13mm or styling is desired, please book Breed or Styled Trim.

Best for: Easy-care coats, active dogs, and heat management.

For:

• Hair longer than 13mm
• Breed-standard trims
• Hand scissoring or custom styling

Pricing is provided by quote due to coat length, condition, size, and time required.

Includes nail trim and full coat preparation.

A therapeutic bathing option supporting skin health.

An ozone-infused bath designed to assist with itchy, inflamed, or compromised skin.

This service may be added to an appropriate grooming service where suitable.

A gentle, targeted ear support service.

An ozone-based ear treatment designed to assist with reducing microbial load and inflammation.

This is a supportive therapy and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Customised programs may include:

Programs are quoted following assessment and are designed to work alongside diet, grooming routines, and external support.

Our day care services runs Tuesday - Thursday at our beautiful farm located in Duroby. With drop-offs from 8:00AM and pick up by 3:45PM (taxis available). 

Remember, the farm is an outdoor experience, so expect your pooch to get wet and dirty, so please ask us if you would like your dog to be groomed whilst at day care! Please be aware that when paired with a groom, we require your pooch to stay until 3.45PM.

**Being out in nature, it is essential that your pooch is up to date with vaccines.

Enjoy peace of mind knowing your dog is safe, fed, and comfortable. 

Our boarding service is all-inclusive, meaning you don't need to worry about packing.

What’s Included:

• Comfort: We provide all sanitary bedding and enrichment toys (please keep personal items at home to prevent loss).

• Pricing Structure:
  • Rate covers a 24-hour cycle.
  • $20 Extended Day fee (if stay exceeds 24 hours).
  • $20 After-Hours fee (for service before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM).
